Guaranty Trust Bank plc, also known as GTBank, is a Nigerian multinational financial institution that offers banking services, including Online/Internet Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, and more.
GTBank has over the years fought its way to the top, and is sometimes argued to be the bank with the largest customer base in Nigeria. And as true that good customer care is crucial in any business, the financial institution provides its customers with several ways to connect with them in case of any issue or problem.
Ways to Contact the Customer Care of GTBank
Below are different methods to connect with GTBank customer care in case there’s any need for you to; simply follow through with the method that is best convenient to you.
GTCONNECT: GTConnect is the bank’s fully interactive, automated, self-service contact centre where you can do 90% of your banking transactions from the comfort of your home or any location in the world. The service lets you access your account 24hours in a day, 7 days in a week (24/7).
- To use the service, simply dial GTConnect on 0700-482666328, 234-1-4480000, 08029002900, or 08039003900.
Email: You can also send your complaints and enquiries to the bank’s email address – firstname.lastname@example.org
Online Enquiry/Complaint Form: If you rather prefer to go the online way, follow through with this method.
The online form lets you make enquiries and complaints, and get satisfactory answers or solutions to your situations.
- To use this method, open gtbank.com/help-centre/complaints-enquiries in any web browser.
- After the page has loaded, toggle between the Enquiry Form/Complaints Form to switch to the form that best suits the reason you’re contacting the customer centre.
- Fill the necessary information and submit the form.
- Once your complaint/enquiry has been attended to, you should be contacted.
Live Chat: The service lets you chat with a customer care representative live on the bank’s website. Simply open GTBank website on any web browser and click on the button at the bottom right corner that says “We are online. Chat with us”; a chatting module should pop-up, and you’ll be able to chat live with a representative.
Visit a Branch: Each GTBank branch has a customer care unit. Simply walk into a branch and head to the customer care unit to make your enquiries or complaints.
If you don’t know of branches near you, you can use the Branch or ATM Locator service on the bank’s website. Simply open www.gtbank.com/locate/branches on any browser, input your location, and note the location of a branch.
Corporate Head Office: If you can’t find a branch near you, you believe your issue is major and should be directed to the top, or for other reasons the above already mentioned ways won’t work for you, you can as well proceed to the bank’s Head Office and drop your enquiries or complaints there.
- The Head Office Address: Plot 635, Akin Adesola
Victoria Island, Lagos.
- Tel: +234 1 2715227
Social Media: Lastly, you can also connect with GTBank customer care through the bank’s social media pages. Although this method may not be the best way to contact the customer service, it is, however, not inefficient.
